Come in for a low-stakes, 30-minute appointment with one of our herbalists and get a taste of our medicine, so to speak…

What to Expect:
During this 30 minute consultation, we will utilize a brief intake form to explore your primary concern. Guided by the information you provide, as well as by our conversation following, the herbalist will create formulas and a plan specific to you and your needs. In most cases, you will leave with herbal formula(s) and plan in-hand. If you wish to leave with herbs from our apothecary, expect your appointment to be an hour to accommodate the herbalists’ formulation.
To Prepare for Your Mini-Consult:
Please complete the intake and consent form in advance
Have a list of all medications and herbs taken regularly on hand
Bring supplement bottles to the appointment with you

Please complete these forms and return prior to your appointment. If you are walking in or unable to complete paperwork online, it will be available to fill out in the store.
If you are filling out paperwork in the store, please arrive 15 minutes early
Important Notes:
At this time, we are offering this service in-person only.
One client and one primary concern per slot.
Herbs are not included in the pricing of the mini-consult.
If you are sick with something contagious, a mini consult is not right for you. Please call the shop at 434-964-9376 and we will help you.
You may not make the appointment or attend the appointment on behalf of anyone else, except your children or dependents.
Children under 14 must have an adult on premises for the duration of the appointment. Children under 12 must have an adult in the room with them during their appointment.
All information is kept private.
There are some cases for which the 30 minutes might not be enough time to serve you as fully as we would like to. If this is the case, we will let you know at the end of the meeting and will offer resources to ensure your needs are met.
